RYAN BASSIT
Co-Owner & Chef
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York I was always surrounded by my big multicultural family and friends where food was not just about getting fed - it was about FLAVOR. I started cooking when I was just a teenager. My mom, late- grandmother, and few of my uncles were heavy influencers in my cooking style and flavor profiles that I execute today. My true passion for culinary arts began with my late wife (RIP Amrita) but continues with my two boys and new partner (Melissa) in hopes of sharing the foodie-love with those who trust me to satisfy their catering needs.
MELISSA MCLEAN
Co-Owner & Manager
Born and raised in Guyana, South America I grew up in a family-oriented, multi-faith-based community where meals were cooked fresh daily with ingredients that were locally sourced but the presentation was not at all glamorous. Professionally my background is in Optometry but I have developed a passion for bringing this culinary "vision" to life: i.e honor the traditions and freshness of home-style cooking while elevating it into a refined, thoughtfully curated bespoke culinary experience for clients and their guests to enjoy. I'm proud to be partnered with Ryan on this journey and maybe one day inspire the kids and next generation to continue the authenticity of good food presented well.
